Dr. Soniya Hotchandani is a single mother, a dedicated fitness expert, and a dance lover with an unwavering spirit. Holding multiple qualifications—BHMS, CSD, CCH, and CGO—she brings an extraordinary blend of medical knowledge and fitness expertise to the table. Her journey to creating Rebel Fitness started in 2016, driven by her love for movement, her commitment to wellness, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel strong, empowered, and confident in their own skin.

Despite the ups and downs of life, and overcoming the hardships of the pandemic, Dr. Soniya’s passion never wavered. With sheer determination and a love for dancing—especially Zumba—she continued to guide Rebel Fitness through tough times, always staying true to her mission of helping others build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
